Available in 6” to 16” valve sizes, each unit features precision CNC-machined components with a nominal gap of just 0.002”–0.004”, ensuring tight tolerances and reliable operation in high-pressure and high-temperature applications up to 700°F.
Built with cast iron or stainless steel construction, our airlocks accommodate both square and round flanges and include a wide throat opening for maximum pocket filling efficiency. The innovative Hybri-Seal® assembly—a hybrid cartridge with Teflon and packing seals—enhances sealing performance up to 10× better than standard designs. Outboard sealed bearings and polished rotor shafts further extend seal life and minimize maintenance.
Designed using advanced engineering analysis, each airlock is equipped with a high-quality TEFC powertrain, chain drive, and eight-vane mild steel rotor for rugged reliability.
