It dramatically boosts throughput, accuracy, and flexibility while minimizing labor and material handling.

The ENSIS 3015 AJ represents the pinnacle of fiber laser technology. Its variable beam control adapts in real time to cut thin to thick materials with incredible speed and edge quality—all from a single machine. Combined with the 10-shelf tower automation system, it allows for continuous, lights-out production, ensuring maximum uptime and material utilization.

The 618 MSP 5e features 6 tons (53 kN) of ram force, a throat depth of 18″ (450 mm) plus an adjustable ram retract position. You can also count on the reliability and energy efficiency of a fully hydraulic machine that also offers our patented safety system, tooling protection system, and batch counter.

Haeger standard MAS-350 auto-feed system supports the range of PEM standard hardware with a simple swap of modules between hardware types. Multi-Shuttle Platform provides universal quick and easy tool changeover between nuts, studs and standoffs—enabling two-minute total tool changes without realignment.

Surface Preparation & Coating Facility

At our manufacturing facility, we ensure superior surface treatment and finishing through a five-stage chemical washing system followed by a semi-automatic powder coating line.

Five-Stage Washing Process

Our advanced pre-treatment system ensures optimal surface preparation for long-lasting powder adhesion and corrosion resistance. The five stages include:

  1. Degreasing : Removes oil, grease, and dirt from metal surfaces.
  2. Water Rinse : Clears degreasing residue.
  3. Derusting or Surface Conditioning : Treats surface to remove rust or enhance coating adhesion.
  4. Water Rinse : Clears all chemicals.
  5. Sealing : Applies sealant on surface to avoid any environment exposure to prevent rusting.

Semi-Automatic Powder Coating

We operate a semi-automatic powder coating facility designed for high-quality, durable finishes:

  • Consistent electrostatic powder application
  • Manual touch-up flexibility for complex geometries
  • Controlled curing oven for optimal coating performance
  • Suitable for both batch production and small-series components

This combination of precision pre-treatment and efficient coating ensures robust protection, uniform aesthetics, and high performance of our products across all industries we serve.
